Well, I did it! Several months ago I gave myself a self-dare to shave my head on my 50th birthday. Today was the day and the deed is done. It's rather shocking at first, but I just may learn to like it. I haven't committed to keeping it this way, but I'll try for a month and see how it goes. It would be nice if there was some sunshine out there to give it some color. You can really tell that it's freshly exposed. It feels kinda nice. When I went to dry myself after a shower, the towel stuck like velcro!

to grow hair again... shaving is addictive! ;-)

I asked him to shave my pubic hair, which he did with skill and devotion. During the job he kept touching the hair at my head and wanted to shave or clip that too. A few days before I had an expencive haircut by a real barber, so I refused. When he came a next time to shave my pubic hair, he asked me again to allow him to shave my head. This time I agreed and didn't only shave my pubes and body with devotion, but my head too. As a reward for his job he wanted me to join him on an Amsterdam pavement and have a beer with him. There I sat at his side; he proud with all his bodyhair and on his head; and I with my bald head as his (clothed, but total hairless) trophy.
And I liked it!
